I build products. I break bad plans before the market does — and save your time.

Founder building Pettxo. Whether you're at the napkin-idea or pre-revenue stage — confused about how to generate revenue or build a revenue plan around your idea — I help founders figure out what actually validates and whether there's real product-market fit, before they burn months guessing.

What I'm Building

Pettxo

Active

A community-driven platform for India's pet ecosystem — where pet parents, service providers, and pet lovers actually meet, not just transact.

  • Pet parents: trusted services, real advice, and community — instead of ten random WhatsApp groups.
  • Service providers: get discovered and build reputation without burning money on ads.
  • Pet lovers: identity, content, and belonging around pets — not another checkout.

Founder & CEO · Full-time since March 2026.

Build With Me

Most founders don't need motivation. They need someone to tell them where the plan breaks — before the market does it for free.

Bring one real thing you're stuck on: the idea, the unit economics, the distribution, or the call to leave a stable paycheck and build. In 60 minutes we pull it apart and put it back as moves you can make now — not a vibe.

I won't take you zero to one in an hour. I'll get you to 0.5 — the messy early stretch most people never figure out alone.

Why me

I've built Pettxo from an idea into a registered company with a real product, a five-stream revenue model, and a distribution plan I built myself. Before that, four years inside enterprise systems at Infosys and ITC Infotech — where broken logic stops a production line, not just a sprint. And I've pulled apart other founders' ideas and found the cracks before the market did.

Not sure your unit economics or distribution hold up? Can't tell if the revenue model works — or whether it's finally time to leave the job and build? Bring that. You'll leave knowing if it works, and what to do next.

Want a cheerleader? Wrong tab. Want someone to show you exactly where your plan falls apart — and whether the idea actually works? Book it.

Previous Advisory Work

Founders bring me a vague idea and a mess. I decide what to build, what to cut, and hand back something they can act on.

Dental AI · US clinic

A US dental clinic came to me with one line: "we want an AI tool." No idea what it should do, how AI fits, or how it makes money.

What I did

Scoped it into one product with two sides — an internal second brain for staff to triage minor X-rays and manage routine patients, and a patient-facing tool they can bundle into checkup packages so patients handle small concerns from home. That patient side is the revenue stream. Then I wrote the full PRD.

Outcome

A vague "we want AI" became a buildable product with a way to make money.

Hyperlocal electronics quick-commerce

A founder wanted hyperlocal quick-commerce for large electronics: ACs, fridges, coolers.

What I asked

What are the unit economics? How do you hold supply? How do you pull demand away from established local shopkeepers? Where does the money actually come from?

Outcome

The founder saw the idea wasn't validated yet. They had the problem, not the unit economics or a revenue model. They left knowing what to prove before building anything.

AI car diagnostics

A founder building predictive vehicle-health monitoring, set on selling B2C, one device at a time.

What I surfaced

Car makers won't let you in easily, margins are thin, and drivers won't trust an unproven device. B2C means fighting established car companies head-on.

What I suggested

Go B2B. Let partners distribute it as an add-on and earn a royalty per unit.

Outcome

A lighter path to market and a stronger revenue model. The founder left ready to plan around B2B distribution.

Manufacturing defect detection

A founder with an idea for computer-vision defect detection on factory lines, and nothing built yet.

What I explained

How B2B adoption actually works — buyers integrate new tech because it saves cost, not because it's clever.

The line I left them with

Your product can be ugly. It cannot be average.

Outcome

A clear view of what B2B buyers pay for, and how to position from day one.

Beliefs

Products fail from weak decisions, not weak engineers.

Speed without direction is just noise.

Most people want titles. Founders want control.

Clarity beats confidence.

Execution is a skill, not a personality trait.

Most startups die from distribution, not technology.

About

I'm a product-minded operator. I think in systems, trade-offs, and second-order effects — what breaks two moves from now, not just what looks good today. I'm best at turning a vague idea and a pile of requirements into a clear call on what to build and what to cut. No hustle theatre, no cosmetic growth — I build toward things that compound.
